Filistin halk\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131lmayan\u00a0direni\u015fi, t\u00fcm emperyalist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ve ko\u015fulsuz \u0130srail\u2019e destek olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen ediyor. D\u00fcnya devriminin en ileri noktas\u0131 haline gelen bu direni\u015fe ve Filistin halk\u0131na destek olmak \u00fczere, Cezayir \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Sendikalar\u0131 Konfederasyonu (UGTA) ve Cezayir \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Partisi (PT), 14 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de uluslararas\u0131 bir kampanya ba\u015flatt\u0131lar. Kampanya, Filistin\u2019deki bombard\u0131manlara son verilmesi, ablukan\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, limanlar\u0131n ve havaalan\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya i\u015f\u00e7ilerinden ve halklar\u0131ndan destek bekliyor.<\/p>\n

Filistin halk\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam hakk\u0131 yok mu? Filistin halk\u0131, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya halklar\u0131n\u0131n istedi\u011fini istiyor: toprak, bar\u0131\u015f, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve bir ulus olarak birli\u011fini yeniden in\u015fa etmek.<\/p>\n

Her k\u0131tada, ba\u015fta Avrupa\u2019da, ABD\u2019de, Latin Amerika\u2019da, Ma\u011fripte, Orta Do\u011fu\u2019da, Japonya\u2019da, Pakistan\u2019da, G\u00fcney Afrika\u2019da ve her yerde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc g\u00f6sterilerde bir araya gelen on binlerce \u2013bazen y\u00fcz binlerce- i\u015f\u00e7i ve gen\u00e7, katliam\u0131n durdurulmas\u0131, bombalamalar\u0131n sona erdirilmesi ve 2006\u2019dan bu yana Gazze\u2019yi bo\u011fan ambargonun kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 taleplerini dile getirdiler.<\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 s\u0131rada, binlerce \u0130srail Yahudisi Tel Aviv\u2019de Gazze sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131namak i\u00e7in g\u00f6steri yaparken, Nazi soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131ndan kurtulan y\u00fczlerce Yahudi ve onlar\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla torunlar\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da ve ABD\u2019de \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 yapt\u0131lar:<\/p>\n

\u201cNazi soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131ndan kurtulan ya da kurtulamayan Yahudilerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ve torunlar\u0131 olarak, Gazze\u2019deki Filistinlilere d\u00f6n\u00fck katliam\u0131, tarihi Filistin\u2019in s\u00fcren i\u015fgalini ve kolonizasyonunu tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z bi\u00e7imde k\u0131n\u0131yoruz.<\/em><\/p>\n

Bizler, Filistin halk\u0131n\u0131n devam eden soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n t\u00fcm bi\u00e7imlerinin sonland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kolektif sesimizi y\u00fckseltmek ve kolektif g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc kullanmak zorunday\u0131z.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2018Bir daha asla!\u2019 demek, sadece bizim i\u00e7in de\u011fil HERKES \u0130\u00c7\u0130N B\u0130R DAHA ASLA! demektir!<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

Filistinliler hakl\u0131lar. Ve uluslararas\u0131 seferberlik Filistin halk\u0131na, \u0130srail\u2019e \u2013 ambargoyu k\u0131smi olarak kald\u0131rmas\u0131 ve bombard\u0131man\u0131 durdurmas\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan- bir geri ad\u0131m att\u0131rmas\u0131nda yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Fakat \u0130srail\u2019in, Filistin halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 sald\u0131rganl\u0131\u011f\u0131; \u0130srail ordusu taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan kitlesel tutuklamalar, suikastler, sald\u0131r\u0131lar, devam eden ambargo, daha \u00f6tesi Filistin n\u00fcfusu a\u00e7l\u0131ktan k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken ve gettola\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken Yahudi yerle\u015fimlerini geni\u015fletmek i\u00e7in Filistin topra\u011f\u0131na el konulmas\u0131 ile s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

Bu, tamamen y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011frat\u0131lan Gazze sakinlerinin ba\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde bir \u00e7at\u0131dan, yiyecek, su ve elektrikten mahrum, kendilerini tam bir yoksulluk i\u00e7inde bulduklar\u0131 bir zamanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor \u2013k\u0131saca \u00f6l\u00fcmle y\u00fcz y\u00fczeler.<\/p>\n

Cezayir\u2019deki Gazze\u2019yi savunan i\u015f\u00e7i ve halk hareketini \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen Cezayir \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Sendikalar\u0131 Konfederasyonu (UGTA) ve \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Partisi (PT) olarak, kuzeyden g\u00fcneye, do\u011fudan bat\u0131ya t\u00fcm uluslararas\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i hareketi \u00f6rg\u00fctlerine, t\u00fcm militanlara, demokratik hak savunucular\u0131na, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n ve halklar aras\u0131 karde\u015fli\u011fin t\u00fcm savunucular\u0131na \u015fu en temel talepler etraf\u0131nda m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fctme \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz:<\/p>\n

The peoples and workers of the whole world have been horrified by the killing and mass destruction inflicted by Israel and its army on Gaza and the whole of the Palestinian people, unleashing a deluge of fire that lasted 51 days. The macabre tally: 2,150 dead, around 12,000 seriously injured, 20,000 homes destroyed throwing 25\u00a0percent of Gaza\u2019s inhabitants onto the street, all basic infrastructure destroyed (schools, hospitals, factories, roads, universities, etc.), resulting in the destruction of 200,000 jobs.<\/p>\n

The peoples and workers of the whole world do not agree that the majority of western governments, beginning with the Obama administration, should arm and support Israel, which is guilty of genuine genocide.<\/p>\n

The workers and peoples do not agree that several governments, especially a certain number of Arab regimes in the Middle East, should serve as accomplices in this crime against humanity.<\/p>\n

Have the Palestinian people the right to live? Because what the Palestinian people are demanding is what the peoples of the whole world are demanding: land, peace, freedom and re-establishing their unity as a nation.<\/p>\n

On every continent, notably in Europe, in the United States, in Latin America, in the Maghreb, in the Middle East, in Japan, Pakistan, South Africa and elsewhere, powerful demonstrations bringing together tens of thousands \u2013 sometimes hundreds of thousands \u2013 of workers and youth have demanded an end to the killing, an end to the bombing, and the lifting of the blockade that has been strangling Gaza since 2006.<\/p>\n

And while Israeli Jews were also demonstrating in their thousands in Tel Aviv to condemn the war on Gaza, hundreds and hundreds of Jewish survivors of the Nazi genocide and their descendants in Europe and the United States declared:<\/p>\n

\u201cAs Jewish survivors and descendants of survivors and victims of the Nazi genocide we unequivocally condemn the massacre of Palestinians in Gaza and the ongoing occupation and colonization of historic Palestine. <\/em>(\u2026)<\/em><\/p>\n

Nothing can justify bombing UN shelters, homes, hospitals and universities. Nothing can justify depriving people of electricity and water. We must raise our collective voices and use our collective power to bring about an end to all forms of racism, including the ongoing genocide of Palestinian people. (\u2026)<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cNever again\u201d must mean NEVER AGAIN FOR ANYONE!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

They are right. And the international mobilisation has helped the Palestinian people, through their resistance, to force Israel to take a step back, including a partial lifting of the blockade and ending the bombing.<\/p>\n

But the Israeli aggression against the battered people Palestinian is continuing through mass arrests, assassinations, incursions by the Israeli army, the continuation of the blockade and the confiscation of Palestinian land in order to extend the Jewish settlements, while starving and ghettoising the Palestinian populations even further. This at a time when the inhabitants of Gaza, which is completely devastated, find themselves in total destitution, deprived of a roof over their head, of food, water and electricity \u2013 in short, facing death.<\/p>\n

The General Union of Algerian Workers (UGTA) and the Workers Party (PT), which in Algeria are organising the labour and popular mobilisation in defence of Gaza, solemnly appeal to all the organisations of the international labour movement, from north to south and from east to west, to all activists, to all defenders of democratic rights, to all defenders of peace and fraternity between peoples:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Let us together demand the satisfaction of the vital aspirations of the Palestinian people,<\/p>\n

\u2013 Let us support the unanimous aspiration of the Palestinian people: \u201cWe do not want to die a slow death.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

There can be no peace without the unconditional, total and immediate lifting of the blockade, without the rebuilding of the factories, infrastructure and homes that have been destroyed, without the unconditional re-establishment of the right to fish, without the right to have ports and an airport, without the means for hospitals and schools to operate, without the right to work, the right of smallholders to cultivate their land, the right to electricity and water\u2026<\/p>\n

There can be no peace without an end to the repression, without the freeing of the detainees, who include 262 children, many women and people who are ill.<\/p>\n

We say: it is the particular responsibility of the organisations of the labour movement throughout the world to put an end to the helping hand provided by every government that supports Israel, its army, and their murderous frenzy.<\/p>\n

Le peuple palestinien a-t-il le droit de vivre ? Car ce qu\u2019exige\u00a0le peuple palestinien, c\u2019est ce qu\u2019exigent les peuples du\u00a0monde entier : la terre, la paix, la libert\u00e9, r\u00e9tablir leur unit\u00e9\u00a0comme nation.<\/p>\n

Sur tous les continents, notamment en Europe, aux Etats-Unis, en Am\u00e9rique latine, dans leMaghreb, auMoyen-Orient,\u00a0au Japon, au Pakistan, en Afrique du Sud, etc., de puissantes\u00a0manifestations rassemblant des dizaines de milliers, parfois\u00a0des centaines de milliers de travailleurs, de jeunes ont exig\u00e9\u00a0l\u2019arr\u00eat desmassacres, l\u2019arr\u00eat des bombardements, la lev\u00e9e du\u00a0blocus qui \u00e9trangle Gaza depuis 2006.<\/p>\n

Et alors que des juifs isra\u00e9liens ont manifest\u00e9 eux aussi par\u00a0milliers \u00e0 Tel-Aviv pour d\u00e9noncer la guerre contre Gaza, des\u00a0centaines et centaines de juifs rescap\u00e9s du g\u00e9nocide nazi et\u00a0leurs descendants en Europe et aux Etats-Unis, ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 :<\/p>\n

\u201cComme Juifs rescap\u00e9s\u2014et descendants de rescap\u00e9s\u2014du g\u00e9nocide\u00a0nazi,nous condamnons sans \u00e9quivoque lemassacre des\u00a0Palestiniens de Gaza tout comme l\u2019occupation et la colonisation\u00a0ininterrompues de la Palestine historique. (\u2026)<\/em><\/p>\n

Rien ne peut justifier de bombarder des abris de l\u2019ONU, des\u00a0maisons, des h\u00f4pitaux et des universit\u00e9s. Ils ont raison. Et la mobilisation internationale a aid\u00e9 le peuple\u00a0palestinien, sa r\u00e9sistance, \u00e0 imposer un recul \u00e0 Isra\u00ebl, dont\u00a0une lev\u00e9e partielle du blocus et l\u2019arr\u00eat des bombardements.\u00a0Mais l\u2019agression isra\u00e9lienne contre le peuple palestinien\u00a0meurtri se poursuit par des arrestations massives, des assassinats,\u00a0des incursions de l\u2019arm\u00e9e isra\u00e9lienne, le maintien du\u00a0blocus et la confiscation de terres palestiniennes pour \u00e9tendre\u00a0les colonies juives tout en affamant les populations palestiniennes\u00a0et les ghetto\u00efsant davantage. Cela au moment o\u00f9 les\u00a0habitants de Gaza, totalement d\u00e9vast\u00e9e, sont dans le d\u00e9nuement\u00a0le plus total, priv\u00e9s de toits, de nourriture, d\u2019eau, d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9,\u00a0c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire en danger demort.<\/p>\n

L\u2019UGTA et le Parti des travailleurs, qui organisent, en Alg\u00e9rie,\u00a0lamobilisation ouvri\u00e8re et populaire pour la d\u00e9fense de Gaza,\u00a0s\u2019adressent solennellement \u00e0 toutes les organisations du mouvement\u00a0ouvrier international, du nord au sud et de l\u2019est \u00e0\u00a0l\u2019ouest, \u00e0 tous les militants, \u00e0 tous les d\u00e9fenseurs des libert\u00e9s\u00a0d\u00e9mocratiques, de la paix et de la fraternit\u00e9 entre les peuples<\/p>\n

\u2014exigeons ensemble la satisfaction des aspirations vitales du\u00a0peuple palestinien,<\/p>\n

\u2014 soutenons l\u2019aspiration unanime du peuple palestinien: \u201cNous ne voulons pasmourir \u00e0 petit feu.\u201d<\/p>\n

Il ne peut y avoir de paix sans lev\u00e9e inconditionnelle totale et\u00a0imm\u00e9diate du blocus, sans la reconstruction des usines, des\u00a0infrastructures et habitations d\u00e9truites, sans le r\u00e9tablissement\u00a0inconditionnel du droit \u00e0 la p\u00eache, sans le droit d\u2019avoir des\u00a0ports, un a\u00e9roport, sans les moyens pour les h\u00f4pitaux et les\u00a0\u00e9coles, sans le droit \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, le droit des paysans \u00e0 cultiver\u00a0leurs terres, le droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et l\u2019eau\u2026<\/p>\n

Il ne peut y avoir de paix sans l\u2019arr\u00eat de la r\u00e9pression, sans la\u00a0lib\u00e9ration des d\u00e9tenus, dont 262 enfants, de nombreuses\u00a0femmes et des personnesmalades.<\/p>\n

Nous disons: il est de la responsabilit\u00e9 en particulier des organisations\u00a0du mouvement ouvrier du monde entier d\u2019arr\u00eater\u00a0le bras complice de tous les gouvernements qui\u00a0soutiennent Isra\u00ebl, son arm\u00e9e, et leur foliemeurtri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n
