Enternasyonal\u2019in 7. D\u00fcnya Kongresi \u015eubat 2010\u2019dan itibaren bir politik yay\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kartmaya karar verdi: Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130leti\u015fim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00f6rt ayda bir La V\u00e9rit\u00e9-Ger\u00e7ek \u00e7\u0131kmaya devam edecek. Ger\u00e7ek\u2019in teorik karakteri, Marksizm\u2019i teorik ve ideolojik olarak savunma m\u00fccadelesindeki a\u00e7\u0131k ihtiyaca \u00f6nem verecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Karar metninde de \u00f6zetlendi\u011fi gibi bu iki yay\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7er\u00e7evesi ve gayesi gerek IV. Enternasyonal\u2019in gerekse onun seksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi ve \u00fcye kazanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in merkezi bir ara\u00e7 olmakt\u0131r:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Politik m\u00fccadelenin ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmenin arac\u0131 olarak Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130leti\u015fim\u2019in \u00fcretilmesi (yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131 ve \u00e7evirisinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131) bu sayfalarda y\u00f6nelimlerini yans\u0131tacak olan seksiyonlarla politik diyalo\u011fun kuvvetlendirilmesini de kapsayacakt\u0131r. Teorik yay\u0131n\u0131m\u0131z Ger\u00e7ek\u2019te oldu\u011fu gibi yaz\u0131 kurulu Uluslararas\u0131 Sekreterya taraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulacakt\u0131r. Uluslararas\u0131 Sekretarya\u2019n\u0131n Y\u00fcr\u00fctme Kurulu, yay\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlan\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131na kadar yay\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcretimini sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Bu yay\u0131n IV. Enternasyonal\u2019in kolektif \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu yeni yay\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131 k\u00fcresel durumun \u00e7eli\u015fkili unsurlar\u0131 \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen b\u00fct\u00fcn militan ve okurlara s\u0131n\u0131flar m\u00fccadelesine m\u00fcdahalede rehberlik etmeye ve IV.
